Binghamton High School Students Provide Special Holiday Meal

Binghamton Receiving Several Inches of Snow

In the eastern portions of the Southern Tier, more than a foot of snow is expected to fall by Thursday morning. It's the first significant snowfall of the season for the area. As Time Warner Cable News Reporter Mike Toper reports, officials are urging drivers to be careful, especially with so many people on the road for the holiday.
