SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Syracuse man is being treated for a gunshot wound. Police say Ikeem Vaughn, 23, was shot Monday night at the S&R Market on South Avenue just after 7 p.m.
Investigators say the suspect opened the front door and fired several shots at Vaughn, hitting him in the leg. Vaughn's injuries are not life threatening.
The shooter was last seen running on Tallman Avenue. Anyone with information is asked to call police at (315) 442-5222.
